Crypto Prices in India: Globally, flat trading is being seen in the cryptocurrency market today i.e. on Thursday. Amid political uncertainties in Europe and repeated warnings from the US Federal Reserve, investors turned to safer options.
The price of Bitcoin, the world’s largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization, was trading at Rs 33,89,823, down 1.49 per cent on Thursday afternoon. At the same time, Ethereum, the second largest cryptocurrency after bitcoin, was trading at Rs 2,39,000, down 2.59 per cent.
The capitalization of the global crypto market remained flat on Thursday at $1.99 trillion. In addition, the total volume of the crypto market fell by more than 7% to $69.68 billion.

There is currently a football event in America named ‘Super Bowl’, which is one of the biggest football championships to be held in America. Cryptocurrency-related advertisements are being shown extensively during the event, due to which the US Federal Reserve came out on Wednesday to warn people about the potential dangers of crypto assets.
“Crypto-currencies can lead to widespread financial instability. In such a situation, people should stay away from it,” the Fed Reserve said. The Fed also referred to the huge fall in cryptos over the past year, saying that they are too volatile.
