New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi urged people to vote in record numbers on Monday for the assembly elections in parts of Uttarakhand, Goa and Uttar Pradesh. Did. Polling is being held on Monday for all the assembly seats in Goa and Uttarakhand and 55 constituencies in Uttar Pradesh. This is the second phase of polling in Uttar Pradesh.
In a tweet, the Prime Minister urged people to vote in record numbers and strengthen the celebration of democracy. Counting of votes will take place on March 10. In the second phase of the Uttar Pradesh assembly elections, voting for 55 assembly seats in nine districts of the state began at 7 am on Monday, which will continue till 6 pm.

Voting for the 40 seats of Goa Legislative Assembly began on Monday morning, in which 301 candidates are trying their luck. Whereas voting is also being held for 70 seats of Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly today, where more than 82 lakh voters of the state will decide the fate of 632 candidates.
