Wardha. On the basis of the complaint of the Health Department in Arvi’s Kadam Hospital case, the police has started investigation. Due to the complaint being related to the medical field, the police is going to take the cooperation of the experts of the health department. In this context, the police officers have started discussions with the doctors and health care workers. Arvi’s move hospital has come into limelight due to the abortion episode of a 13-year-old girl.
With the police department taking action one after the other, the difficulties of the couple have increased. Being a doctor in Dr. Neeraj Kadam sub-district hospital, he had used government medicine in his private hospital. According to the rules of the government, these medicines are used only in government hospitals. But Dr. Kadam used to bring this medicine from Upazila Hospital to his hospital and use it. This thing came to the fore in the police investigation. But the health department was sitting blindly. Finally, after registering a complaint at Arvi police station by Medical Superintendent Mohan Sute, the police have taken a five-day PCR for investigation of Dr. Neeraj Kadam and his wife Dr. Rekha Kadam.
Connections related to government medicine will open
From the Upazila Hospital, Dr. Kadam used to take medicines for the past several months. The responsibility of keeping the records of government medicines rests with the sub-district hospital, but this account was not kept. There is talk of Dr. Kadam’s nexus with some personnel of the Pharmaceutical Department. The police has started investigation in that direction. There is a strong possibility of the drug connection being exposed in the police investigation.
