Regarding the Samsung Galaxy S22 series, it is being said that it will include Samsung Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22 + and Galaxy S22 Ultra smartphones. Samsung had earlier teased the upcoming flagship S series smartphone, but their specification information has not been made public at the moment.
Earlier information also mentioned that the Samsung Galaxy S22 series will be equipped with either Exynos 2200 or Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor.
It was announced in December that the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor will be based on 4nm process technology and ARMv9 design. This latest chipset offers 20 percent faster performance and 30 percent more power efficiency than its old version Qualcomm Snapdragon 888. It also features an updated Adreno GPU.
SamMobile has informed in its report that Samsung company will change its Android update policy for some smartphones to provide Android operating system (OS) updates for up to 4 years. In addition, security updates can be issued to the device for up to 5 years. It is also being said about the South Korean company that the company will announce extended software support for the Galaxy S21 and Galaxy S22 series.
Samsung last changed its update policy at the Galaxy Unpacked event 2020 and promised that it would release three years of Android operating system updates and four years of security updates for the Galaxy S series.
