Nashik : In a month, 46 complaints of child abuse have been registered on the helpline of the Childline working for problems, guidance, empowerment of children. This includes child marriage, educational and medical aid, alimony, child labor, child begging, sexual abuse, assault. Special i.e. the children were at home during the lockdown.
During this time, due to the increase in incidents related to child abuse, questions are being raised on the safety of children. The children were alone in the house due to the closure of the school in the third wave of Corona. During this, children were exploited in various ways.
