Gym owners in Delhi and one of their organizations demonstrated against the Delhi government on Saturday.
People associated with the fitness and gym business have demanded permission to reopen their establishments closed for about a month under the restrictions related to COVID. The Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) on Thursday lifted the weekend curfew in Delhi and allowed bars, restaurants and cinemas to open with 50 per cent capacity. However, gyms and schools are yet to open in the capital.

According to ANI, members of the Delhi Gym Association have demanded the reopening of closed gyms in the national capital under the Corona Prevention Plan against the Delhi government. In such a situation, the person involved in the protest said, ‘Everything has been opened but only gyms are closed, there are expenses to pay but there is no source of income.’
