Mumbai: The havoc of Corona continues in Maharashtra. Cases infected with COVID are not taking the name of decreasing. Within the last 24 hours, 71 policemen have been found corona infected in the state. After which the number of policemen who have been COVID positive since the first wave till now has reached 9 thousand 510. In the midst of all this, the Uddhav government of Maharashtra has also come into action. The government has decided to provide work from home facility to the policemen aged 55 years and above.
It is to be known that Maharashtra Home Minister Dilip Walse Patil said that work from home facility has been given to the policemen who are 55 years of age and above. Also they do not have to come on duty. Patil said that any policeman who is found corona positive will continue to get medical facilities as before.

At the same time, the Home Minister said that everyone should follow the guidelines made in view of Corona. On the other hand, the minister in the Maharashtra government said that Amit Deshmukh has no idea to close malls and cinema halls right now. If needed in the larger public interest, we will have to take some steps which will be discussed in the cabinet and the final decision will be of the Chief Minister.
