New Delhi: External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar on Friday said that Atal Bihari Vajpayee initiated policy reforms that marked the end of the Cold War and a new global balance. At the same time, Jaishankar said that the former prime minister wanted to build a system of working together with China, without disagreement, which was largely based on mutual respect and mutual interest.
The External Affairs Minister also said that the winds of change are most likely in the Indo-Pacific region and that diplomatic creativity can be applied very strongly, which was inspired by Vajpayee. “We are looking at a complex state of change that is going on simultaneously.
