Budget carrier SpiceJet has started booking mid-air cabs for its passengers. In this, passengers will now be able to book cabs to and from the airport during their flight using SpiceScreen, the airline’s in-flight entertainment platform.
SpiceJet has tweeted that it has started a new service for booking mid-air cabs for its passengers. Are you tired of cab booking now then we are giving you a solution. If you are traveling with SpiceJet, a cab will be waiting for you when you exit the airport. For this, you can book a cab on http://spicejet.com or by visiting SpiceJet’s app.

This service is available in select cities only. This new service was available for passengers arriving at Delhi Airport in the first phase. The airline will further expand this service to airports in several major cities including Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Goa, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad and Pune in a phased manner.
There will be no restriction on the capacity of domestic flights from October 18, currently the capacity is limited to 85%
Know how to book a cab
First you need to connect SpiceScreen to your mobile device. After that go to the home page and click on CAB section. After that enter your mobile number and confirm the cab booking. Once the customer details are submitted, the cab booking is 100% confirmed. Not only this, SpiceJet passengers can book their cabs with the lowest fare with 10% discount. If you have canceled the cab booking, no cancellation charge will be levied on it.
You don’t have to wait in any kind of line to get into the cab. As soon as you exit the airport, there will be a pickup point at the nearest place. The fare of the cab has been fixed on a per kilometer basis. For more details, you can check the fare by visiting the booking page.
