High returns possible with portfolio diversification by investing in RITS
According to Jatinder Pal Singh, CMO, Mahindra Manulife, Real Estate Investment Trusts (Rits) have many characteristics of income and growth. Both these features attract investors. The Asia Pacific writ region has a good mix of retail, commercial and industrial assets.
Experts believe that apart from retail malls, offices, industrial parks and hotels, new industries such as data centers and logistics have also been included in the Asia Pacific rates.
