Today i.e. from June 1, 2021, Google is ending its ‘Unlimited’ storage feature for the Google Photos app. Counting of high quality, original photos and videos will be included in 15GB of storage. It also includes Gmail, Drive – which Google offers for free.
From now on, both “high quality” and “original quality” photos and videos will be counted in your 15GB of free storage. You can upgrade to Google One plan at any time. Microsoft OneDrive
If you use another Microsoft service, OneDrive is a good alternative to Google Photos. There is a gallery view for photo storage and also a feature for automatic photo tagging. With this you also get other Microsoft services.
Its 100GB storage plan costs Rs 140 per month. The Basic storage plan is free but only offers 5GB of storage. The Microsoft 365 Personal plan costs Rs 489 per month or Rs 4,899 annually. It gives you 1TB of storage and access to Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint.
Apple iCloud and Apple One
If you are deeply involved in the Apple Echo system, you have two options. You can either go for the iCloud plan or the bundled subscription service called Apple One. Apple One gives you access to iCloud storage and Apple Arcade, TV + and music. iCloud storage plans start at Rs 75 for 50GB, Rs 219 for 200GB and Rs 749 for 2TB storage.
The price of Apple One Plan is Rs 195 per month and it gives 50GB of iCloud storage. The Rs 365 per month plan offers 200GB of iCloud storage.

Amazon Photos is another good option for those looking for an alternative to Google Photo. It has features like editing, sharing and it allows users to share photos with a maximum of 5 members of the family. Amazon Photos comes with Amazon Prime Membership. The price of 100GB storage for non-prime members is $ 1.99 (about 150 rupees) per month.

It is a domestic cloud storage platform. DigiBoxx offers 20GB of storage space for free. It has features like end-to-end encryption and supports Gmail integration as well. The 100GB storage plan costs Rs 30 per month while the annual plan costs Rs 360 for 5TB storage.

It is seen as a file sharing platform but Dropbox offers much more than that. It is a cloud storage platform and also has features like Dropbox Password and Dropbox Transfer.
