Highlights of CBSE FAQs regarding Class 10th result
- Class X results will be announced according to the CBSE / CE / 2021 notification issued by the board, which was released on May 1.
- If any students are not satisfied with their marks then they will be given the opportunity to sit in the exam. These exams will be done when the situation will be better to get it done.
- The timeline for uploading data has been extended from 18 May to 30 June.
- The data of how many marks the students of a school have achieved in each subject will be made available through the login account on the board website with the school.
- CBSE will provide an online system in which schools will be able to enter marks and see if they are giving marks based on the marks given so far. If it varies, the result committee will revise it.
- If a student or student is not involved in any assessment done by the school, then the school will make an offline or online or telephonic assessment and its documentary record will be kept. Based on this, marks will be given in every subject.
- After the declaration of the board result, if the parents want to see the exam copies of their children, then this year will not get approval.
- If the maximum marks of the year-end theory exams are 30,50 or 70 instead of 80, then in such a situation the calculation of the marks will be done proportionately. As if a student has found 25 marks out of 30 in the EY-End Theory Examination, then it will be given 42 marks (= 25 × 50 = 1250/30 = 41.66 ~ 42) out of a maximum of 50. In maximum 70 he will be given 53 marks (25 × 70 = 1750/30 = 58.33 ~ 53) marks and in maximum 80 he will be given 67 marks (25X80 = 2000/30 = 66.66 ~ 67).
- To calculate marks in a subject in which maximum marks are 50 instead of 80, then it will be calculated proportionally. For example, if a student has got 56 marks in 80, then he will get 35 marks (56X50 = 2800/80 = 35) based on it in a subject with a maximum of 50 marks.
