Taliban reluctant to solve present crisis: President Ghani
However, President Ashraf Ghani has blamed the Taliban for this attack in Shia-dominated areas. The Taliban, once exacerbating their violence, have once again shown that they are not only reluctant to resolve the current crisis peacefully and fundamentally, but are complicating the situation, Ghani said. In this Shia-dominated area, Islamic State terrorists have carried out attacks before. About a year ago, there was an attack in a maternity ward here. In recent days, the Islamic State has spread its feet in Afghanistan.
