Tulsi Gabbard furious over attack on Hindus in Bangladesh: Indian-American leader Tulsi Gabbard has strongly objected to the attack on Hindus in Bangladesh. He has expressed his anger on social media. Tulsi Gabbard, MP in the lower house of the US Parliament, said that since 1971, Bengali Hindus are being tortured in Bangladesh.
Tulsi Gabbard tweeted a video saying that the Pakistani Army killed millions of Bengali Hindus in 1971. Raped and drove them out of the house. The reason behind all this was just religion and race. He strongly condemned the violence against religious minorities in Bangladesh. At the same time, he said that the whole world has to come forward to face the jihadist-fundamentalist ideology.
Pakistani army started atrocities
Tulsi Gabbard, a major in the US Army, said in the video that atrocities on Hindus in Bangladesh began 50 years ago. At that time, the Pakistani army had started the work of killing, raping and evading them from their homes under the entire conspiracy. Bengali Hindus were targeted because of their religion and race. On 25 March 1971, a conspiracy to target Bengali Hindus started in Bangladesh as part of a well-thought-out strategy.
Hindus & religious minorities in Bangladesh continue to be targeted & persecuted, as they have been since 1971 when the Pakistani army systematically murdered, raped & drove from their homes millions of Bengali Hindus because of their religion & ethnicity. pic.twitter.com/4DVWibzrkT

Targeting of Hindu villages started
American’s first Hindu MP Tulsi Gabbard said that initially Hindu neighbors and villages were targeted. The Hindu Sarai Jagannath Hall was first attacked in Dhaka University. Here, 5 to 10 thousand people were killed in just one night. The massacre lasted for 10 months, killing 20 to 3 million people. Thousands of women were raped and millions had to leave their homes.
The process of harassment did not stop
Tulsi Gabbard said in this video that even after the independence of Bangladesh, there is no stopping the persecution of Hindus here. Even today, Islamic fundamentalists are campaigning against minorities and carrying out attacks. Some time ago there were attacks on Hindu temples, trains were set on fire. Often these people escape from punishment. It is the responsibility of the Bangladesh government to punish such people.
