More than half 1,000,000 individuals have signed a petition calling for the previous Post Office boss to have her CBE taken away over the Horizon scandal.
Paula Vennells oversaw the organisation whereas it routinely denied there have been issues with its Horizon IT system.

The prime minister on Thursday declined to say whether she should lose her honour.
