The official statement said that all the segments have been closed at 11:40. NSE says that work is being done to restore the system as soon as possible.
The stock exchange says that it relies on two telecom service providers for connectivity and both the links have failed together due to which the problem occurred. However, the broadband Indian market has not been affected. Because the communication line of BSE is restored.
NSE spokesperson said, “We are working to resolve the problem as soon as possible.” Trading stopped at 11:40 am in all segments and trading will be resumed as soon as the problem is resolved. ”
NSE has multiple telecom links with two service providers to ensure redundancy. We have received communication from both the telecom service providers that there are issues with their links due to which there is an impact on NSE system.
