Manu accused Air India officials and security personnel that she was stopped from boarding the flight when she was going from Bhopal to IGI Delhi. The reason for this was that he had a rifle. Manu said that he is allowed to carry the rifle and he also has all the documents related to it. But even then, she was not allowed to board the flight and despite the DGCA permit, he was asked for Rs 10,200. Apart from this, they alleged that the officers present there treated them like criminals.
She had also tagged PM Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and Union Civil Aviation Minister Hardeep Puri in her tweet. On the other hand, Air India was denying any such act to its officers and employees. In the end, the matter was resolved after the intervention of Sports Minister Kiran Rijiju and Manu was able to travel on a flight.
