Two males who served practically 17 years in jail after being wrongly convicted of tried homicide have been declared harmless and can be paid for his or her time behind bars – at a fee of $140 (£112) a day.
The males had been freed in 2020 after a retrial involving a dramatic confession by the precise shooter, a gang member who’s serving a life sentence for an additional homicide.

Mr Glass, 36, and Mr Rayford, 37, now work as drivers for Walmart and each are fathers to child women.
