Three British academics have been discovered not responsible by a courtroom in France over the dying of a 12-year-old lady on a college journey.
Steven Layne, Chantelle Lewis and Daisy Stathers, from Wolfreton School in Willerby, close to Hull, had been accused of the French equal of manslaughter by gross negligence after Jessica Lawson drowned in July 2015.
Jessica, who was the youngest baby on the journey, grew to become trapped after a pontoon capsized in a lake close to the town of Limoges.
