Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI) in partnership with Chitkara University, Punjab has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to supply a BE program in vehicle engineering with specialization in Electric Vehicles (EV) and Hybrid Electric Vehicles. The collaboration goals to deal with the necessity for sustainable mobility options and the Government of India initiatives on adoption of EV and Hybrid Electric automobiles.
As part of the settlement, college students will get to study the basics of EVs and HEV’s within the first two and a half years at Chitkara University. On completion, college students would go to ARAI Academy, Pune to review the newest applied sciences and get hands-on sensible publicity within the subsequent one and a half years. The final two semesters will probably be completely dedicated to venture work, which shall be carried out both within the Automotive Industry or at ARAI Academy.
