The Board of Secondary Education (BSE), Odisha, on Wednesday has introduced a revised schedule to conduct the Madhyama exams and the State Open School Certificate Examination (SOSCE) because of the prevailing warmth wave throughout the state. As per the brand new schedule, the SOSCE and Madhyama examinations, which have been scheduled to start from 11:30 am on May 2 and 4 respectively, will now be held within the first sitting from 8 am on May 9 and 10.
According to BSE, there can be no afternoon shift for these exams.However, there are not any adjustments within the schedule of the High School Certificate (HSC) examination which is able to start on April 29. The HSC examinations can be carried out from 8 am to 10 am.
